Shipping

US fulfilment

US customers are served by CLOSER. Orders for US customers are fulfilled by our logistics partner in the United States. CLOSER. is owned and operated by Nourished Natural Health, Inc., a US company.

Shipping rates

• Subscriptions: Standard shipping is free on all subscription orders.
• One-time orders: One-time orders carry a flat $10 US shipping charge, shown before payment.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Expected delivery window

Standard delivery takes 3–4 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and carrier delays can occur.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed after your order is dispatched. We currently ship with UniUni.

Where we ship

United States only. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, at the same rates. We do not currently ship internationally.

PO boxes and military addresses

We can deliver to PO boxes and to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Delivery to these addresses can take longer than the standard window.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or a parcel is marked delivered but missing, email hello@takecloser.com within 30 days of dispatch. We open a carrier claim and replace or refund the order once it is resolved.

Incorrect addresses

Contact us within 1 hour of ordering to correct an address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we reship it once you cover the shipping cost, or refund the product value less shipping.
