Returns & Refunds
One policy, plainly stated. Dietary supplements are consumable goods, so returns are handled case by case.
Unopened bottles
Unopened, unused bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support first for a return authorization; unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Opened bottles
For health and safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be resold and are not generally returnable. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact support with your order number and a photo where relevant. These situations are handled separately and apply to every order type, including one-time purchases.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals — it does not by itself refund a charge that has already been processed. Cancel before your next renewal date in the subscription portal.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
