What is covered

• First quarterly subscription order — 90 days. Request a refund within 90 days of the delivery date of your first quarterly order.
• First monthly subscription order — 30 days. Request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of your first monthly order.

What is not covered

• One-time purchases are not covered by the money back guarantee.
• Subsequent subscription renewals are not covered. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid a charge.
• Original shipping charges, where paid, are not refunded.

How to claim

Email hello@takecloser.com with your order number. A person replies within 1 business day. We may ask you to return or dispose of any remaining product. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing then depends on your bank or card issuer.

This guarantee sits alongside our returns and refunds policy and subscription terms. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders are always put right regardless of order type, and nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
